They must send their children to German schools wherever possible and see to it that only genuine party members are employed as teachers for them, etc.,etc., etc… These regulations are published in Winnipeg as the main props of the ‘Four-Year-Plan’ under which the Bund hopes to penetrate the political life of the Dominion.”
