This plan offers all those who publish magazines and thought-provoking newsletters a chance to post their most interesting articles from past issues on to the internet in order to increase their visibility and subscriber base. The webpage on which each article is to appear will bare a prominent link to their subscriber page, and each participating publication will be permitted to post up to five articles accompanied by the appropriate illustrations.
